Check if there are libs in your project. While importing the war file, the libs are not imported.
/tc~sec~ume~logon~ui/WebContent/WEB-INF/lib/tc~sec~ume~logon~logic_api.jar
/tc~sec~ume~logon~ui/WebContent/WEB-INF/lib/tc~sec~ume~logon~ui_core.jar
Also add tc~sec~ume~logon~logic_api.jar to the build path.
