Is it necessary to upgrade the server to patch level 01?
The installation type is developer one.
Is there any licensing issue?
I dont think it is necessary to upgrade. It should work with DEVELOPER edition actually. Is this first time you are facing this issue? Is it possible you to uninstall and install again?.
