Hi Amit,
As such there is no change log for batch field in standard SAP system. You may check the batch number range it may give you some idea.
Please implement the OSS note 390635 - Change documents for production and process order
to get change log production/process order. For log additional changes, such as batches, you need to add your own logic to do that.
