Hi,
As a workaround we can achieve this by
1. Create a UDF in BP Master as Duplicate.
2. Don't set any default value
3. Update the UDF with value 'Y' for existing BP
4. Make the UDF hidden and not accessible for user
5. On every new BP addition, validate the UDF with SP_Transnotification.
