KNA1 Tables are not updated - MDG Customer

Hello All,

For MDG-Customer scenario, I have done the CVI integraiton as specified in the SAP help document.

When i approve/activate the CR, I can see data is being updated in BUT000 table but NOT in KNA1 tables. I was also looking for LOGs in SLG1 if any thing goes wrong but could not find any.

Is there any way i can find where exactly going wrong?
